Our program is designed to suit the beginners and to assist the existing players in improvising their skills and techniques and to play the game in a professional manner

Benefits of the game:
- Increased muscle tone: It builds and tones the quads, glutes, calves and hamstrings. In addition, your core muscles, arm and back muscles get a workout as well.

- Social health:You'll need at least one opponent, but you can also play with a teammate and two other opponents. Social interactions will result in positive feelings after a session on the court.
